Career performance and public reputation are highlighted for most of this week. Before Wednesday watch for bosses, partners and co-workers to gently request that you take on a difficult project or make key decisions concerning an office dilemma. Chances are, however, that this will all happen in an extremely subtly manner; ie: by others silently relinquishing control rather than through direct written or verbal proposals. Be forewarned, however; you will be successful only if you also silently take up the challenge and avoid naming or publicly discussing the duties you are given. Some Capricorns may also find that they are ignored by authority figures or given incomplete instructions. Be patient. After Friday social excitement is also distracting. Watch for friends and potential lovers to flirt, demand attention and make promises.
